Proven track record in the delivery of multiple product development projects from research through development and business development on new products to ensure adequate product knowledge for the internal and external sales teams, and managing day-to-day project coordination with outside agencies and vendors; successfully deliver to tight timescales and within demanding environments. Notable success in leading cross functional teams to execute strategic new product and cost savings projects throughout the overall product development lifecycle from concept to the market introduction for a wide variety of Networking products and technologies. • In the last 5 years, I have worked at developing products around SDN and Cloud infrastructure with connectivity options for Data Center and the Enterprise Campus.

• Leading products through all aspects of new product development lifecycle including Requirements, product design and development, consumer insights, product concept and positioning, marketing and sales go to market strategy, while ensuring financial hurdles are met.

• Actively owning and driving product development and engineering teams to creatively develop solutions, transform ambiguity into clear roadmaps, challenge assumptions, assess & mitigate risks, elevate issues, and push for timely decisions.
